A Coudelaria foi fundada em 1998 após o proprietário e promotor, Ernesto Tiago Tomé, ter concluído com êxito o Curso de Gestão Equina numa Escola Profissional de Agricultura
A Coudelaria iniciou a sua actividade assente num conjunto de éguas e machos reprodutores de reconhecidos atributos, exclusivamente PURO SANGUE LUSITANO e oriundos das melhores coudelarias portuguesas há muito consagradas com a reprodução de LUSITANOS de autêntica qualidade. Particularmente um dos reprodutores DAMASCO II (coudelaria Sr. Manuel Tavares Veiga. Ver Foto), foi classificado pela APSL o melhor cavalo LUSITANO de Toureio (1998), que se distinguiu na quadra do Cavaleiro Tauromáquico Rui Fernandes.
